FLEX&LOCK offers a one-year limited warranty on all lunch boxes, lunch bags, and select accessories that covers defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser if you sell or otherwise transfer the Product. All refunds and replacements are issued at the discretion of FLEX&LOCK.

For this warranty to apply, your product must be purchased online at www.flexnlock.com or from a FLEX&LOCK authorized retailer or partners. 
*Application of warranty must be requested at where you purchased.


  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, discoloration or odors

  • Defects resulting from putting FLEXBOX(Outer case) through a dishwasher cycle (for outer case only)

  • FLEXPLATE(Silicone plate) getting moldy, discolored or misshapen after repeated use (you can purchase replacement FLEXPLATE on our website)

  • Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product

  • Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care that is not in accordance with suggested care under instructions on our website and product packaging

  • Products that are resold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner

  • Products without receipt or proof of purchase and Products that are not purchased through an authorized FLEX&LOCK retailer (online or in-store)

  • Misplaced pieces (Flexbox, Flexboard, FlexCharm and Flexplate) are available for sale separately on our website or authorized retailers


  • Customers who purchased items from one of the retail stores located anywhere OUTSIDE the SOUTH KOREA should directly contact that business with any warranty concern.

  • Customers who purchased items from flexnlock.com or online stores managed by FLEX&LOCK, should contact info@flexnlock.com.

  • To submit a warranty claim, please contact FLEX&LOCK at info@flexnlock.com. When you contact us, it is needed to be sent your complaint with any supporting photos for checking, included your order number or order information.

  • Once your claim is received it will be reviewed within five (5) business days. If the item is defective, FLEX&LOCK will replace the item in whole or a part, if only a part is defective. FLEX&LOCK may ask you to send the defective unit back (FLEX&LOCK pays for return shipping of defective items only). Replacement parts may not be the same color, they will be selected from available inventory.

  • The warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact FLEX&LOCK if you have any questions.

If you live outside of the listed our retailer countries?

  • FLEX&LOCK products ship via Fedex or EMS FOR international customer from South Korea for other countries 

  • Customers will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and other expenses incurred. Please Keep in mind if these charges assessed, it is responsibility of the package recipient. 

  • Depending on its shipped out date, each of your different orders may be packed in one package.

  • If you purchased many products, the arrival date of your order may vary due to separately packed in several packages.

  • Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.

  • Standard shipping delivery will arrive within 7-15(working days) starting from the shipped date. International delivery times vary, depending on where you are shipping from and where your parcel is going to. (Please note these do not include weekends & holidays).

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Application of return or exchange must be requested at where you purchased.


Your change of mind after thirty (30) days from your purchase

  • The item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, destroyed or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • The value of the item has significantly decreased due to your use or partial consumption

  • The value of the item has significantly decreased by the lapse of time to the extent that it cannot be resold

  • The value of the item has significantly decreased by the unpacking the package of the item (such as food, stationery, toys, electronics and others)

  • Any accessories of the item have been removed (accessories, gifts and others)

  • Any reasons allowed by applicable federal and state laws


We only replace items if there are caused errors in the process or system miss. If you believe your item is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@flexnlock.com 

If the error of process is caused, this case may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the item that may help us understand.

In the event that an item is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the item as needed. If we determine that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund. Learn more about warranty instruction on the top.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement item to reach you may vary. 


Cancellation of an order can be made if the item has not been shipped out. If the item has been shipped out, a cancellation request cannot be processed so a refund or exchange request should be made after receiving the applicable item. In the event any items are returned to us due to reasons attributable to you, such as the incorrect shipping address, unavailability of the recipient or failure to pay applicable duties, you may cancel the order and request a refund. In such case, applicable shipping and/or return costs and expenses will not be refunded. In the event the applicable item is lost due to reasons attributable to you, the applicable order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be requested.

Your cancellation cannot be reverted.

Please provide the information (order number, product name and quantity) on the item you wish to cancel to:info@flexnlock.com. We will response swiftly for such cancellation request. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
