A: Yes, the special combination structure of FLEX & LOCK Kids makes each compartment to be sealed, Food will not leak and become soggy.
Q: Can I pack liquids or wet foods?
A: FLEX&LOCK Kids is basically designed for leak-proof and holding wet food(e.g. yogurt or dipping sauce, etc), but not for liquid. Therefore, please do not put liquid like water or juice in the box. Liquid is likely to be leaked compartment to compartment or outside of the box. (Canned fruit, yogurt drinks or runny sauce/dressing also might be leaked.)
Q: Can I keep food hot or cold?
A: FLEX&LOCK Kids are not made with insulated materials , additional bag or ice pack can help maintain its temperature.
Q: Can I keep food for a long time?
A: Yes, but it is not recommended for a long time. It can cause stains due to the nature of silicone.
Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
A: Yes, but all parts except silicone tray is recommend to be placed on the top rack and remove before the the heat dry cycle.
Q: Is it microwavable?
A: Yes, you can separate the silicone tray and use in the microwave.
Q: Is it oven safe?
A: Yes, the silicone tray is oven safe under 440℉(250℃) with high heat resistance from 120℉ to 440℉(50℃ to 250℃).

Q: I got water spots on the silicone.
A: Water spots may remain on the silicone tray. This is a phenomenon in which calcium, magnesium, etc. are adsorbed on the surface of water, there is no any harmfulness.
Q: How to remove water spots?
A: After cleaning the silicone, wipe it dry immediately and keep it. If the stain is severe due to frequent use, put cooking oil on the gauze and wipe the area enough.
Q: How to remove stains and odors?
A: Due to the material characteristics of silicone tray, stains and odors may occur. To remove, after putting into a baking soda paste with vinegar or water for at least 20–30 mins, rinse and wash.
Q: When debris is not easy to clean after use.
A: After soaking the product enough, wipe it thoroughly with baking soda and wash with the foam of a neutral detergent.
